Second - so are you asking for money? I mean, I don't think many people are going to give you free money just like that, let alone a credit card number, etc....especially not in these trying times. Perhaps you could try Paypal... Still, anyone giving away free money merely to sponsor a website is asking a lot. You have to market yourself, and show others what your are capable of doing with your project idea. Think like the marketing game. People rarely put money down on just an idea. I wish you luck with this!

Have you considered giving Kickstarter a try with this? Again, you still have to show an overall concept of your "product", but crowdsourcing is definitely a more appropriate option to consider.
