Scale Factor:
1 or 2 = The Forum is horrible, I hate this place!!
3 or 4 = The Forum needs a lot of work. Overall it is very sad!!
5 = The Forum is average but not the best!!
6 or 7 = The Forum is good but still could use some work!!
8 or 9 = Overall the forum is very nice. I see some mistakes, but after all we all make mistakes!!
10 = The Forum is Excellent. It needs almost no changes and is a cool place to be!!
